Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) who is the American artist, singer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is that of a loved uncle and is also the first name of Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing deal for GOOD Music with Kanye West. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. The record was released under the Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first project that was full-length, the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. A second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first studio album by the artist. The single that became a hit "Antidote" was the album's lead track. His follow-up album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott's sophomore album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), was made in collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his first Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" with Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in late 2019. The album debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Following the single "Franchise" featuring Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it reached the top spot on the 200-page chart on Billboard. Scott became the first artist in the Hot 100 to have three singles reach the top spot in less than one year in 2020
